- the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

- There was a brown/dark red stain on the pillowcase. - the teapot had disgusting looking dirt all over the spout. (couldn't boil the water for our tea or ramen) - the toilet paper has water stains and looked a bit yellowish/brown - the bathroom sink leaked onto your feet from the pipes when you stand at the sink. - the bed does not have a mattress. It felt like a piece of cardboard was put down and a sheet was put over it. - the white comforter looked yellowish. (Either very old, or not washed regularly).

The receptionist were friendly.
The receptionist were friendly. There was nothing exceptional but it was exactly as we expect after going trough reviews here.
There was only one window leading into the hall so there was almost no daylight.

Perfect for what i was looking for. Lovely lady who runs the place
Amazing value for money. Ideal for me as i was only there 1 night and wanted something close to airport, It only cost 30,000 VND in a Grab but beware the taxi touts, book a Grab on the app only is my advice. Cozy , clean air-con room for £9. What's not to like.
Purely a personal thing but i found the bed a little firm. Still slept ok though. Not near any bars but it cost 65,000 in a Grab to get down to the beach area so no issue for me, Nice coffee shop over the road
